Frozen Lollies

Nothing screams “summer” more than a dripping red-coloured frozen lolly. Make your own by blending mango, pineapple and strawberry chunks and freezing the mix in lolly moulds. For a grown-up version add a splash of vodka to the mix before popping into the freezer. Yum!
