Blake Lively isnot only an actress, but a fashion icon that is regularly papped on the red carpet in beautiful dresses and hair to die for. She has already served as the Official Ambassador to Chanel’s Mademoiselle handbag line, and is now the face of Gucci’s Premiѐre eau de parfum which is a new scent that is to represent the brands red-carpet inspired line of the same name. Blake Lively is the perfect choice for the campaign. She is elegant, beautiful, and sensual, and she captures all these attributes in the campaign.
It is Blake Lively’s first fragrance campaign, but throughout her career, there is surely more to follow.
“Gucci is a staple. It is a brand I have always looked up to because to me it represents strength,” the actress told WWD. “In their designs, in their images, in what they stand for philanthropically, and especially in their fragrance… I couldn’t be more proud to be working with Gucci and its heart, Frida.”
The actress was chosen, “because she is a girl of extraordinary beauty and a girl who loves fashion,” according to Gucci creative director Frida Giannini.
