Welcome to Lancaster University’s MyUni page!

In a city where rain is seen as frequently as the students, stands one of the greatest Universities in the country. After nearly 50 years, Lancaster University still prides itself on excellence. Home to some of the most innovative students creating the wide range of societies and sports we have here, every student discovers something about themselves they didn’t know before. Our talent, passion and loyalty to tradition are demonstrated every year when the whole Uni comes together as Lancaster University battles York University at the Roses tournament, currently the largest inter-university sports competition in Europe.

We may not be known for our buzzing city nightlife, but we prove that it’s not where you are, it’s who you are with.

With an eagle eye for what’s happening and open ears for your ideas, we want to know what’s really on your mind. Whether its local news, current affairs, fashion, beauty or lifestyle, this page gives Lancaster students the chance to voice what they’re thinking for students across the country to see.

Our page aims to bring you the stuff you need to know: How to cook a healthy(ish) meal in 15 minutes. The stuff you want to know: ”Am I the only one who fell for a fresher?!”. And the stuff that might just make you smile on a rainy day.

So if you are pursuing a career in journalism, love writing, or just want to share your thoughts, this is the opportunity for you! Contact me at rachelhadley3@hotmail.co.uk

We’re the speakers for your soundtrack Lancaster, let’s hear what you have to play…
